Summary
| Description | Querschnitt durch Wurzelknöllchen der Wicke (Vicia spec.); Fixierung: Formaldehyd; Färbung: Astrablau, Chrysoidin, Fuchsin nach Etzold (Zellulosezellwände blau, lignifizierte Zellwände rot); Vergrößerung: 100fach; Bild aus 2 Aufnahmen zusammengefügt. Links im Bild ist die Wurzel zu sehen, die das Wurzelknöllchen gebildet hat. In Ihrer Mitte ist das dunkelrot bis schwarz gefärbte Xylem zu sehen, das von einem blauen, kleinzelligen Phloemring umgeben ist. Rechts davon liegt das eigentliche Wurzelknöllchen, das von großzelligem, schwach gefärbtem Gewebe gebildet wird, in dem die hier nicht sichtbaren stickstoffixierenden Bakterien eingelagert sind. Wurzel und Wurzelknöllchen sind von einem blau gefärbten Abschlußgewebe umgeben. |
