Kaiser Kalambo

Kaiser Kalambo (6 July 1953 – 18 March 2014) was a Zambian association football player and coach. He represented Zambia in three Africa Cup of Nations tournaments. He was named Zambian captain in 1980. The same year in which he was voted Zambian footballer of the year. Later, he coached several club sides in Zambia and Botswana. He was born in Luanshya, Copperbelt.

Kalambo died from prostate cancer on the morning of 18 March 2014 at the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka. He was 60 years old.[1]
