Here's how you can make friends.
Don't say things that are uncomfortable to them! Maybe you should start with small talk until you become closer friends, because if you start out talking about something that might make them feel irritated, then they may not want to be your friend. And be yourself! Like, if you pretend you are some popular person when you really aren't, (No offense to the people who aren't in reality, I am not either) They will eventually find out you are a different person than you say you are. Tell the truth to your new friends. They will be new to you and you don't want to fool them from the very beginning. And last, be kind to them! On the first day, don't get all impatient with them. They are new to you and they may not do the exact same things your exact same way. Hope this helps all of you!
