What are some strategies for waking up really early in the morning?

I'm going to a new middle school next year and school starts at 7:25! The bus comes around 6:30! Last year, I used to wake up at 7! Now I have to wake up at 5:30! Big change and i don't know if even going to sleep at 7:30 pm will do the trick! Please help!

This works: tap your head before going to sleep. If you need to wake at 6, tap your head 6 times. It really works! But, I always wake up an hour earlier. Try it!

When I when to public school and I had to wake up at 6:30 I was so tired but this is what you do

1. Drink cold water

2. Wash your face with hot water

3. Do some exercises like jumping jacks to get your blood pumping.

Go to bed pretty early, and set an alarm.

I usually wake up around 3:00 am to 4:30 am during hunting season. And in summer i some times wake at 12:00 am to 1:00 am.

Get a battery operated alarm clock and have your parents hide it somewhere in your room. That way, you have to get up and look for it every morning! (have them hide it in a different place every time)
