Chapter Six: The Old Days- Back at My Fingertips

I was transported back to my home the next day. "Look." I breathed after we had pulled into my driveway; my whole family-- Taylor, Hailey, Mum, and Dad-- were running flatfooted towards me, huge grins on their faces.

I adjusted my checker skirt and leaped off the car's grey seat. "Mom! Dad!" I cried happily as I bent down on my knees to pet Tiffany. She was panting heavily and carrying one of her brown-and-gold pups. Hailey's dog, James, was standing proudly beside Tiffany, and I realized he was the father of the puppies. I grinned and touched his wet, square nose and straighten up with a wide smile on my face.

Later on, I was in my bedroom, checking my emails again.

Message; I heard you are better now! I will come over tomorrow, and I have a gift for you. P.S. Have you been saved yet?

I typed back hurriedly:

Message: Yes, I have Lisa! Like my new username? See you tomorrow!

I smiled and closed my laptop.
