The Beauty of Nature
The ocean waves crash
Upon the sandy sea shore
Dancing with the sunset lights
Tumbling with a roar.
The golden red maples,
Rustle in the breeze,
Reluctantly releasing
Their rainbow leaves.
The small crystal flakes fall,
Silently to the ground.
Knitting a white blanket,
And flitting around.
The icicles on the trees,
Crying little teardrops,
Melting quietly away,
Against a starry backdrop.
The flowers in the meadow
Blend their hues,
Painting a picture,
With reds, greens, and blues.
There is beauty in nature,
Look close and you’ll see,
Music and artwork,
In the air, sky, and sea.
