Pi is defined as the diameter of a circle divided by its circumference. its called an irrational number because it never ends, pi to the fifth decimal place is 3.14195

Pi is not a never ending number which is a common misconception. It is a never ending decimal which is only a fraction of a number, because it you were to round Pi to the nearest whole number you would get 3.
