I honestly don't know. There's this kid on my bus and he says," I wear really weird clothes every season. Like in the summer, I wear a winter jacket and sweatpants. In the winter, I wear short-sleeved shirts and shorts." I mean seriously, doesn't your legs get a tiny bit cold? I think they have a lot of warmth in their body than others. Some might have medical conditions. Some may not like being trapped in heavy pants. But some, are just plain dumb.
