Have you ever wanted to invent your own Magical Decree? Well, enter your new Magical Decree here!

Here are the contest rules:

1. Number your Magical Decree (example: Magical Decree Number 30)
2. Write your Magical Decree in complete sentences.
3. Sign your signature at the bottom  of the Magical Decree (example: Signed, Flordia_Flamigo)
4. Make it something that would apply to both our world and the Wizarding World (example: a law that bans experimental breeding)
5. The best Magical Decree will get starred.
