A man sees a cowboy and asks for the time. The cowboy grabs the tail of his horse and replies, "4:32 pm"
The man is puzzled and cannot believe the cowboy can tell the time just by feeling a horses tail. The man asks him again. "Hey, cowboy, what time is it now?"
Once again the cowboy grabs his horses tail and says, "4:33 pm."
At this point the man is amazed and exclaims, "That is simply amazing. I have never seen a person able to tell time using a horses tail."

The cowboy looks at the man very strangely and says, "I was just moving the horses tail so I could see the clock!"
