Click on the mountain icon on the extreme left of the text box.
Copy and paste the URL of your picture in the Image Info tab.
Type the width and height you want your photo to be in the Width and Height boxes in the Image Info tab.
Once you are happy with your photo, click the green OK button in the Image Info tab.
