What's my eating day like?

I don't eat anything till 12pm then I just snaking in between and then eat dinner. I stay skinny an its became a habit. You should not try this because everyone has a different body weight so be cautious

You should really eat breakfast. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and they aren't wrong!
