Please don't get me wrong I understand what your trying to do but my uncle died in the Marine Corps and I wanna join the Marine corps. I simply don't think it's appropriate to give out a badge that says "veteran" even if it's just online. Do you know how many people died with that title? Do you know how many served and have that title? You don't know the pain and work they went through to get it. I would like it if you use something else. Every time I go in a store I see at least a couple old men with "Veteran" hat on or what military branch they were in. I pick my guts up and walk over to them and say "Thank you for your service sir." And shake their hand. They earned it. You didn't it.

Nice speech also I agree my grandfather was in the army but he didn't fight but he took soldiers or wounded soldiers place to place so he had a big part and I am happy to have him here today
