Gage was up next to show off his enchanting powers. "Ok, first I need a large mass of water.." He said with a raspy voice "Get me a bowl of water or something." Mr. Kazego's assistant, Maria Shuri, Rushed to the storage room to get a bowl of water. "Ok sir. H-here's the bowl." Maria said handing it to Gage. "Thanks. Ok I think I'm ready." Gage put his hands up and strained to get the ice from the hands. It took him a moment to do it but when he was ready, the ice shot from his hands. The ice from his hands pointed towards the bowl and froze it completely. "Wow, nicely done Gage." He said clapping his hands. After the rest of the kids did there thing it was lunch time.
Nora and River lined up to get lunch. "Sooo, Have you seen Randy lately?" River said raising her eyebrows up and down. "No...He's probably at the back of the line or something." Nora said walking forward. Nora and River had gotten their food and sat down. "Hey!" "Mind if I sit here?" Asked Miles joyfully. "Nope, sit right down here." River said patting a spot for him. "Thanks, finding a spot is harder then finding a needle in a hay stack." Miles said sarcastically. "Hey, have you seen Randy recently?" Nora said concerned. "Hm, no not really. Last time I saw him was walking out of school..." Miles said confused. Hmmm that's odd. Nora thought. Nora kept eating but didn't say anything else.
The next class was Potions Class.
Nora walked in and saw an empty seat. That must be Randy's chair. I guess he left school today early.. Nora had thought. "Ok class, Today we're going to be doing collaborations. Amber with Gage. Nora with Randy, who isn't present today, but I'm sure she'll tell him. And Miles with River. The project will be focusing on turning an apple to acid and making liquids invisible. It is due 2 weeks from now, on a Tuesday. Ok that's all for today, class dismiss." Mrs. Fujiki said strictly.
"Bye!" Nora waved. River waved back and got on the shuttle bus to the dorms. Ok when I get home im gonna call Randy and notify him bout the collab.. Nora thought.
Nora arrived at the dorm and quickly called Randy. He didn't pick up so she voice mailed him. "Hey this is Nora. We have a project due 2 weeks from now on a Tuesday. Call me back whenever you get the chance. bye." Nora said holding the phone close to her. Nora waited and waited for a call back, but she never got one. She decided to take a nap and wait more. While she was taking a light nap she heard someone at the door. "I am coming, im coming." Nora moaned. "Who is it?" She said with attitude. "Randy!" Randy said smiling. Huh? Nora thought. She opened the door to find Randy holding a bundle of flowers.
