Don't worry. KS is safe, and it has an option where you don't have to receive emails for answers and things. And really it asks for your parents' email so they can say they know you are on this site, and that your username doesn't give away personal information. Though only this account did I use my mom's email on, I used my own for my alternate account. But they can't change that option. And you can't make an account on KidzTalk, KidzNet, or I think KidzTube without verifying your email. (Also, I only use KidzNet and KidzTalk, I probably have an account on KidzTube but don't use it.)
