Can you let users hide how many points they have?

In there profiles there should be an hide points option that hides their rank, hides them on the top users page, and hides how many points you have so only you can see it.

Its too stressful for me to have everyone looking at my points. I still want to be proud of my points but i want to do this on my own.

But you should also be able to make your points public again if you want.
