So, all day, I’ve been feeling down in the dumps, SAD, bleak, jumpy, uncomfortable, scared, and IDK why, especially when around my history teacher, which is weird, because he’s one of my favorite teachers, but anyways, to the point.

RUNNING HELPS SADNESS!

I did track today, (i have it monday-tuesday-wednesday-thursday) and the running and excersizing and conditioning really brightened my mood, I think it’s called runners high.

After track, I had a kind of frustrating piano lesson, and I went back to feeling blah, but then, I got home, and my BRAND NEW ON CLOUDACE RUNNING SHOES CAME IN!!! This may not be a big deal to some people, but I am a lover of shoes, and ON cloudace are so epic and comfy. I can’t wait to use them for track. They totally made my day.

Hopefully tomorrow isn’t another blah day, because I don’t have track on Fridays, so yeah.

Biking on my exsersice bike helps me feel better on a blah day. And sometimes running helps.
