So I just had my first period and I don't know what to do! Do I not tell my mom and deal with it or tell her so I don't feel alone . Please help me! I'm really scared !

Tell your mom and she will give you what you need! All you need are pads and maybe medicine :D

Definitely tell her, she’ll help you out with pads etc. Tip: Mark the days you bleed on your calendar in red so you can see your cycle as it develops and becomes more regular.

PS. Chocolate helps with hormones (it’s scientifically proven) so that’s an excuse to eat loads lol
