As much as it is tempting, try stay off the junk foods:
Any foods containing lots of fat, carbohydrates and sugars are a big NO NO. So say goodbye to marshmellows, chocolate, cake, pizza or pastries. BUT it is okay to have them as a sometime snack because low sugar is dangerous.
Try to do a daily workout:
Any type is fine but I love to do cardio and ab workouts. Even going for a walk or playing your favourite sport is a good break from sitting and binging netflix.
Stay motivated:
Keep pushing to be fit and healthy even though it is hard to when you could be chillin
Easiest of all, Sleep:
Idk why I even wrote this because im sure you guys are getting plenty of sleep!
