As much as it is tempting, try stay off the junk foods:​ 

Any foods containing lots of fat, carbohydrates and sugars are a big NO NO. So say goodbye to marshmellows, chocolate, cake, pizza or pastries. BUT it is okay to have them as a sometime snack because low sugar is dangerous.

Try to do a daily workout:

Any type is fine but I love to do cardio and ab workouts. Even going for a walk or playing your favourite sport is a good break from sitting and binging netflix.

Stay motivated:

Keep pushing to be fit and healthy even though it is hard to when you could be chillin

Easiest of all, Sleep:

Idk why I even wrote this because im sure you guys are getting plenty of sleep!

Cutting off junk foods really helps! I've been losing weight faster after I stopped consuming too much junk food. yay

And when I started execising 1 hour a day I felt much thinner since then. 

My next goal is- going to bed early.

Having a hard time staying away from junk foods, my family has homemade pizza every Friday, and some other things too, any advice? I hate to turn down my moms cooking :(

Hey this is fine! Homemade foods are generally better and I have homemade pizzas every once and a while. Maybe just ask your mum to make it healthier if thats what you want! Good luck!
