I’m so sorry you have to go through this again, Jelly. I’ll stand by you every step of the way. Here are some things I think might help-
Squeeze a comfort stuffed animal as hard as you can
Make vent art- this one really helps me!
Make a new character- Creativity helps me push out of a slump
Take a mental health day- Make a day just for you. Eat the things you like, do the things you like, stay in bed till 11 if you want!
Self-care! Brush your hair, wash your face, do little things to make yourself feel pretty! Maybe put in earrings or wear your favorite outfit!
Cool or bake a comfort food- Baking is a very soothing thing to do, and afterward you get yummy food!
Take a walk with music- Listen to music that lifts you up! This can help a lot more than you think, excersize releases endorphins and serotonin, which makes you happy!
Talk it out! Whether it be with me, a friend, a therapist, even a stuffed animal! Keeping your emotions bottled inside can never do any good.
