Remove off-topic items from kidzsearch magazine category

Kidzsearch, you'll need to remove every question older than 8/23/2020

We moved the topics that were not a fit. If we missed any, just let us know. Also, it seems like people often just select the first category, which is the magazine, without paying attention. We made "other" the first one on the list to help prevent these wrong category postings.

We will remove topics that don't belong, but feel it is okay to have older posts that are related to the category.
