Well sometimes lots of girls on here just title their posts “GIRLS ONLY NO BOYS!”

Well, some problems may apply only to boys or only to girls, and people may feel awkward sharing such problems with other genders..  such as period stuff for girls, and I don't even want to know for guys. So that's why people have those titles, to avoid some awkwardness.
