I got stung by a wood wasp and they are very poisonous.I'M not a doctor. So any advice???

Don't judge people you don't know because It could be real. However, if they spam a bunch of posts about the incident, it's probably fake. To prove your point, the category placement is rather unusual.

You don't have to call 911 because you got a wasp sting you call 911 if your house is on fire or some one is being kidnapped or something like that. Not a wasp sting.

That's not true actually. You can call 911 for medical attention.
