Poetry contest (with a catch)

Question

Dear KidzSearchers, I am holding a poetry contest of my own but, there is a catch.

Your poem must include at least 1 of these things

Alliteration (3 or more words with the same letter preffered. not just 2)

Repetition (at least 3 times)

rhythm

must be at least 20 words for regular poem

Haikus DO count and are the only poems that can contain less than 20 words

 

Prize is pride and glory and I will be holding places 1, 2, and 3.

Deadline is the last day of May

​Here is the leaderboard. I decided to include the top five instead. If you are not up here, you still did AWESOME!!!!! It was so hard to choose the leaderboard. In my point of view, everybody won.

Life is good and so is love,
But let's care for the works made up above.

Fairies flutter with their fluttering wings
You might hear how an angel sings.

Unicorns shining bright
In the darkness of the night.

Birds sing a song
Elves dance along.

Music playing loudly
Elves beaming proudly.

Imagination is a wonderful thing
Nobody knows what it can bring.

here is my poem i wrote 

My love for lucy is so great,
my heart melts for her 'til the dusk of day.
The night beats when her's away,
tells , cries 'til day's dawn. 

Her beauty is great,
Wondering mind 'til her sees,
loving is all I do,
While waiting for the moment, for her to say "I do."

Everybody, please understand that you can only submit one poem. If you have already put in two, pick one and tell me which one Thanks! It seems to me you are getting impatient about the leaderboard but I need this problem solved first. If you want the leaderboard, fix it!

Just a by-the-way: I promise my works are original. I wrote them for an English class where a poetry collection was part of our grade, that was around a month ago. Thanks for the update!

Many of you have been submitting fantastic creative poems and stories. We applaud your effort. However, please make sure you are using original content, since we are not permitted to display copyrighted works without permission. This would also include something that has only minor changes to it as well. Of course, you can use excerpts when appropriate, but please give the original author credit.

Here is a poem called "Don't give up"

If you've tried and have not won,
  Never stop for crying;
All's that's great and good is done
  Just be patient trying

Though young birds in flying, fall,
  Still their wings grow stronger;
And the next time they can keep
   Up a little longer.

Though the sturdy oak has known
  Many a blast that bowed her,
She has risen again and grown
 Loftier and prouder.

If by easy work you beat,
 Who the more will prize you?
Gaining victory from defeat,-
 That's the test that tries you!
