Eike Christian Hirsch

Eike Christian Hirsch (6 April 1937 – 7 August 2022) was a Dutch-born German journalist and author.[1]

Hirsch was born in 1937 in Bilthoven, Netherlands and grew up in Göttingen.[2] He was an editor in sound broadcasting at the NDR and was later a freelance journalist. In the 1980s, he was the host of the talk show 3 nach 9.[3]

Hirsch died on 7 August 2022 in Hannover, Germany at the age of 85.[4][5]
