Jim Corsi (baseball)

James Bernard Corsi (September 9, 1961 – January 4, 2022) was an American baseball pitcher. He played ten seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for the Oakland Athletics, Houston Astros, Florida Marlins, Boston Red Sox, and Baltimore Orioles from 1988 to 1999. He was born in Newton, Massachusetts.

Corsi announced on January 3, 2022 that he had terminal colon and liver cancer.[1] He died the next day in Bellingham, Massachusetts from colon and liver cancer, aged 60.[2]
