elder guardian. I love swimming, and who wouldn't want to shoot freaking laser beams out of their eyeballs?

Or creeper. I am silence embodied, and if somebody ticks me off, that will be the last thing they ever do. Even though I'm a cat person.

Not fully released yet, but I would say the warden. The warden will be the most powerful Minecraft mob when 1.19 is released! It can currently 1-hit un-armed players and disable shields in the Java experimental snapshot.
