That. Sounds. Awesome ! Yes, you should do the party. I've, err, the only party's that I've been too were B-day parties lolllll. And most of them were just meeting at somebody's house or my grandpa's church and eating cake XD. I mean I've been to a roller skating B-day party, and a laser tag B-day party., but yeah....
I would say figure out all the details you can before letting people know. Make sure you're able to do it at the lake. Figure out the food situation. (Seriously food is the MOST important part of the party, in my opinion.)Etc. maybe make a list of what you need to do.
(Also, I went to congratulation party for my aunt for graduating a nurse thing. They decorated. Also, we met at another aunts house.)
The bangs, well, I' m biased. Two reasons, the girl the bangs you want are on looks super good with them.(Not saying you won't be just some styles look better on some people than others) And well I like the side bang better then the regular bang. I would say go for it ! If you really want it :D anyway god luck :D
