HELP ME,MY SISTER PASSED AWAY TODAY

Question

I am so sad I'm literally crying while I am writing this but I think I'll get some encouraging and nice notes.

We woke up and my sister had cancer so she was in the hospital and so I still went to school though cause she had had it for a month already and so I was at school and it was during recess (which is after lunch) and I got called to the office.the lady at the front desk was crying because she was one of my mom's really good friends.my mom was on the phone crying and saying I'm on my way to pick you up from school. I said why. She said because your sister is about to pass they are going to unhook her from the machines today so we're going to spend some time with her for an hour.you don't have to be in the room when they unhook her from the machines but you can if you would like.i just got all your siblings and am walking towards the front desk.when she got there I said I will be in the room while they unplug her from the machines.my mom said ok.we got there.we spent a lot of time talking with her,we played her favorite board games we also talked about how much we loved her and we talked about heaven,and before we knew it they said whenever your ready we are.she started crying even more and so did we.and we said we're ready like 5 minutes later and they came in and unhooked her and a minute later she was in heaven.☹️☹️

This is very much heartbreaking and it must be really hard for you right now.

It's so beatiful how you guys played her favorite games and talked all the loving things with her. She will forever love you and you are so strong and so was she.

I hope you find that you can still talk to her if you want I don't know what you believe but you're not alone in this.

She will be in a better place and you will see her someday when it's you're turn.

May she be forever in you're memory.

I can't imagine the pain you're going through rn- Idk what I would do if I lost my brother. 

But I do have a question- you guys talked, right?? She was conscious when they took her off the machine?? But you can't talk with a breathing machine... And are generally used for people who are unconscious and are gone. 

Also, what kind of cancer was it??

I'm so sorry! Why did they unhook her? If she would have lived if you had keeped her hooked up? I'm praying for you gurl!

They unhooked her from the breathing machine because she can’t live on the breathing machine her whole life and she had been on it for 3 weeks.I believe God answers prayers so thank you for the prayers.

My church is throwing a big celebration of life party for her though so that’s going to be good.I just want to thank everyone for being so thoughtful and loving to us as my sister passed away and we know that she is in heaven now so it is a sad but she is in heaven and enjoying eternal life with Jesus and I bet that is way better than her being hooked up to machines and I.v’s and her being in a hospital bed so I am happy for her.
