I am a girl so I think I have some advice first get to know her( if she likes you back she will be very nervous) then become closer after some time you can ask her if she likes you back and ask her to be your girlfriend if you want to and the feelings are shared (also girls LOVE presents like flowers,chocolates,and letters).
