Anyways, why do you like this boy? What is it truly, deep inside his soul, that you find so attractive? Say you guys got together- are you dating with the intention to marry in the future? If so, would you be comfy with him raising your children?
These are some of the questions I would be asking myself before anything went anywhere (which is what I assume you hope if you're telling him!). Seem to adult and grown-up? Maybe it's a sign! I'm not sure how old you are, but children shouldn't really be worried about dating- that's pretty much for when you get older!
Ik, I kinda went down a rabbit trail, 'cause you just wanna tell him you like him :) And honestly, I probably wouldn't unless, again, you see something coming from this. Why not just stay as really good friends? Guys make some of the best of friends, and just becuase you have feelings for them doesn't always mean they're romantic feelings- they could be platonic!
