I don't usually ask for help on de internet because I dislike being pitied (and i've solved all my own problems so far haha) but

I'M GOING THROUGH THE MOOD SWING STAGE

I broke down and cried yesterday because

And I also yelled at my best friend and I don't even remember why

'Screaming into a pillow because it doesn't have feelings to hurt' isn't quite helping.

Problems unite because everybody runs through youth. (I totally made that up, it doesn't make sense, but what I mean is that this is what happens during youth time, I guess, I don't know, I'm in the same boat as you eGh—)

also I've been off all day so I couldn't really help anyone with anything (not like I actually do anything with helping anyways, even though I try x3) but I'm still here for ya, if you need mwah

This was me, with my nonhelpful self trying to give advice to people who would be better advising me on anything and everything because I don't know what I'm doing—

Anyways what you probably should do is try and stay calm. When you get a raging feeling of any sort let it out in a private area such as your room. If you do end up yelling at someone just remember to apologize later.

Sometimes instead of using my vocal cords I use my hands. First my pillow gets verbally abused *unfortunately thats not the last of violence it’ll see* and then I start shredding paper. Then also I bite something like my pillow and hit my face with it while my teeth are attached. You have to just kinda push it forward and back in order to do this. Then I’m usually still angry but less on the verge of having an explosion occur so I take a nap. If you want to cry you can skip all this but cry and then take the nap.
