I think blue cheese is really REALLY gross. Do you guys like blue cheese? What does it taste like to you?

Basically its double mold cause the milk turned into cheese and the cheese turned into.. yeah..

We did make cheese one time at my summer camp. The process is kind of interesting (and this year the week I did was the first baking program they've done, and the camp is a historical camp, so it was all historical baking), and we learned even more about it this week.
