There are a lot of Non-Scandinavian singers who sing in Nordic languages. Synne Vo is another good one (She is Vietnamese and she sings in Norwegian) One of the biggest examples is Kati Ran from Wardruna, she makes Nordic folk music (primarly Finnish) and she is Dutch
