How do i get a new backpack?

So, i would love to have this new adorable backpack, (with great storage I might add) especially because I'm going to 7th grade, a new school. I have been kindly asking my mom but the answer is now what i want.how do I ask her without being rude or disrespectful and get it? Any advice? School starts in 3 weeks!!

I think you should buy a backpack from Amazon, I got one from there and its really nice with lots of storage. (Its for next year) The style is grey with words coloured in rainbow, it says Roots.

Say "Please may I get a new backpack?"

You could do chores, and then use words like “please” and “thank you” to ask.
