I don't know. These days people probably like talking about it because it causes drama. Apparently it's a popular YouTube channel, and people like to ship the hosts. The issue with that is they're kids, and a lot of people find that creepy or antisocial to ship people you don't know in real life.

Nidal Wonder and Salish Matter are people who have YouTube channels. A whole bunch of people think Nidal and Salish are cute together and that they like each other so they ship them, making Nalish.
