First of all, Nordic_Genealogist inspired me to do this, so kudos to her.

Dress Code: Anything except being nude (duh) and discriminatory stuff.
Classes: All the regulars like math, ELA, science, social studies, PE, etc. along with some language classes and maybe stuff like robotics or theatre or band. I’ll make rickrolling be a requirement for every student. Also, the curriculum is followed like how it’s supposed to be followed. (That’s one of my pet peeves when the curriculum is misused)
Lunch: Definitely high-quality lunch like Nordic said. I’d do healthy options and also something like (good) pizza or (good) fast food every Friday.
Library: I’d allow every book. There.
Punishments: Suspensions and expellsions are no more. Detention’s gone too. Instead, I would have a warning the first time you do something (for most stuff), then maybe a call home, and then a meeting with maybe a psychologist or counselor. One that’s good and trustworthy, too. Anything that reinforces positive stuff.
Field Trips: Somewhere students want to go to. Take a poll and ask every student in a grade where they’d like to go to once a month, and then the most popular destination is the winner and will be the field trip (for that grade) for the month.
