Mkay, I'm going to try the best that I can :]

Age: 8 (I decide when he ages x3)

Pronouns: He/Him

Country: Harstad (city), Norway

Era: Nearing the end of the 1800s and going into the 1900s

Other: He immigrated with his family (I know the immigration surge is over by this time but he's one of the few families who come here late) He can also speak Norse and is learning other Scandinavian languages, not that good at English and speaks Norwegian a lot. He also very handsome, nice, and blonde. Also incredibly smart.

I know i'm late but

he lives in Sápmi!? (Trøms, which Gioogle forgor the accent mark and Finnmark are Sámi-Governed states)

Well... It's still a valid place, since it isn't disputed unlike other areas. Plus there isn't that big of a Sámi population. As long as he isn't constantly being racist towards the Sámi (It will be a lot worse if this was set in World War 2) then I'm OK with him living in Sápmi as an Ethnic Norwegian.

even if it was set in WW2, I will not make my character be racist towards the Sámi since, the Sámis are cool.

Liv is not an accurate Viking name. The closest name is Lý, which is of Faroese origin. However, depending in the year (if you're being the normal Viking Age or the Viking Age after the conversion to Christianity ) it isn't accurate, since Norwegians explored the Faroe Islands (even thought they're under Danish Rule along with Greenland)
