i had a panic attack at school today

Question

so during math which is at the beginning of the day I started shaking rapidly and began to get rly fidgety and so I put my head down on the desk and didn't raise my hand and my teacher said 'SOMEONE isn't raising their hand' and then she waited a few seconds and she called me out on it, and then I started crying and shaking rly hard.

THE REASON IS SO PATHETIC

so since im so pathetic, I had a panic attack bc I felt I wasn't good enough to live.

I wish I could just be happy :(

Okay I read it and here are somethings you might want to know/ questions 

No.1 does your mother/ father/ family member who takes care of you know you have panic attacks?

No.2 Panic attacks are very common for ppl that have anxiety. So maybe if you haven't been being diagnosed with it you have a.chance of having it

No.3 Never EVER think you are pathetic for having a panic attack or crying while having it. It's normal to cry during one

No.4 If you ever feel not worthy of living just know that someone needs you in this world <3

No. 1: Yes, my dad is actually on anxiety pills and its scary when he has anxiety attacks.

No. 2: I don't have a therapist for anything, but I do think I have anxiety.
