Any tips for sore throats? It hurts so bad I cant speak

I'm feeling manky right now too. Same symptoms as you adding that I have eaten approximately one brownie and 2 pieces of bread with a little soup (my parents are more concerned about getting food/liquid into me rather than me eating healthy (normally I eat things like cous cous and ceser salad)) because swallowing is so sore if I have too much saliva in my mouth I will actually have to psyc myself up for it before swallowing

I feel like it is going around

So yh, probably just saying my sob story but whatever. Hope you feel better soon

Ps. if you live in the UK have the halls soothers. Definitely reccomend. Also boil water, add two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of lemon then let to cool a little. It helps immesurably
