So IDK if this is a health thing because this may affect my health in the future so yeah

I am sleep deprived.
Basically, I have 2 things to blame.
1st is my schedule. I am free on Monday, I have Art Class on Tuesday and I have Swimming Wensday and Thursday.
Well... Guess what. After I finish eating dinner and taking a shower I end up being past my bedtime.
2nd thing is my school, because I littearly have to wake up at 6am and arrive at school by 7:15am. It's like 7:30am as I'm typing this
My bedtime has been 9pm-9:30pm, but because I also need time to relax, I have been staying up too late.
I always wake up tired and in a very bad mood so I need some help
According to google, a 14 year old needs at least 9.5 hours of sleep, and I only sleep for 8-7 hours.
Any tips?
