Well, I enjoy it mainly for sport.
It sounds bad, but it isn’t that bad.
Depending on the thing you’re hunting, you’re actually helping nature (and not destroying it) by killing it.
For example: wild hogs.
Wild hogs ravage alot of property, and are considered pests by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
Killing them is helping people via protecting their land.
Another example: overpopulation.
Some animals just are REALLY good at the sport of mating season (that sounded weird), so it kinda makes it unbalanced for other animals.
It’s the shooting part that I like.
The recoil, the sound, the feeling, it feels great.
Another thing: hunting is basically a rite of passage in the country.
Most people that you will meet in country areas probably hunt.
