Do you have to change before P.E. and shower after that? (in other words, does your school have locker rooms) My school does not 'cause when we have P.E. on that day, we'll wear the P.E. uniform all day, no showering required

My old school had a locker room and made us change before and after, but my current school has locker rooms they don’t use, so no.
