It's your 13TH BIRTHDAY you HAVE to GO BIG!!!  I suggest a party either at some fun active place (Urban airz or another fun indoor/outdoor park.) Or (if your parents allow it) a sleepover birthday party at your house with your closest friends. If you go with 2nd option u could watch movies, popcorn bar, truth or dare, pizza, video games.
