I also might have rsd but idk.
Just take a deep breath and try and name your feelings, if there to deep and it isn’t possible that’s fine to, just try and work through them and do things you like.:)
Try going on walks to clear your mind or writing in a journal, what works best for me is to turn those feelings into story’s of people, scenery’s, lives of other people ect.
I hope you get feeling better it will pass even if it doesn’t seem like it will. ;)
