Make sure to keep up your gardes as high as possible, and taking on extra chores in the house to prove to her that you are responsible. this might mean doing dishes when you aren't asked to, or helping with the laundry when she doesn't notice. The little things to show you are responsible. Come up with a list of reasons on why it would be better for her to give you a phone sooner.
