#1: DO NOT be ashamed of your body! I'll bet you are drop-dead gorgeous!
#2: Puberty is a pain, but it has its perks. By the end (although I guess I'm still going through it- I'm in my mid-teens), I became pretty slim, so I'm sure you have nothing to worry about! I have large thighs, still though. Sometimes your figure is genetic, as my legs/ ankles are.
#3: However, working out is a fabulous way to burn fat fast! Try running, but sometimes that doesn't always work. Swimming is a great way to slim out, but it does make your shoulders and thighs/ legs bigger/ more muscular. Try joining a school sport, that is my biggest push in the way of losing weight!
#4: Diets are just boring, and are actually filled with many chemicals. Don't do it, trust me. And DO NOT starve yourself! It DOES NOT work!
#5: You can always shave your hair! Have your mom or a trusted adult how to show you. It's awfully easy to get rid of hair!
#6: Walk with confidence! Everyone is different, that's what makes life beautiful! When you are confident, people truly admire that about you!
