Luna was sneaking up behind the mysterious blue glow, and the blue glow suddenly disappeared. Suddenly, a thunderous roar on the other side of the mountain occurred and wave upon wave of ODST’s fell upon the earth. The blue Spartan turned back around and headed towards the Red Base. The source of the mysterious blue glow appeared once more and disappeared for the last time.
Back at Red base, Sarge was telling Simmons a plan to obtain the Blue Team’s flag. Luna, confused at the approach of Sarge’s plan, decided to go take the flag for herself. Sarge warmed her that the area around the flag was heavily mined and that other killing devices were implemented around it. Luna ignored the warnings and took the warthog with her, and when she got to the blue side of Blood Gulch, she realized Sarge was right and she unfortunately didn’t make it back home. She had suffered significant damage and her reactor system was hissing, and unfortunately she exploded in the middle of the field. Her katana and the energy charger were the only visible pieces left. Or so they thought. The body came back down, and Sarge yelled “Simmons! Casualty recovery!” “Grif! Weapons retrieval!” Grif accidentally stabbed himself in the chest with the katana, and when struggling to remove it, Caboose on the other team managed to take a successful potshot at Grif, causing him to double over from the pain of the katana and bullet. Simmons threw out a inactivated plasma grenade, which landed in front of Donut. Donut then threw the plasma grenade at blue’s tank, and the black armored Spartan inside jumped out. Donut then said “I bought two guns and you have none!” The black armored Spartan then pulled out a… “Notably Dangerous Hale’s Own Strange Too Many Super Shotguns Times 1000 Force-A-Nature StatTrack II ”, and what a heavy weapon it was… the weapon had 1000 barrels, and just a single grip, trigger, and stock. The Spartan then started cramming all sorts of ammo into the weapon, and the resulting recoil blew the Spartan back. Donut tried his best to shoot the projectiles with his dinky little pistols, but ended up didn’t anyways. His gibbed remains splattered the Red’s base, and when the Spartan with the shotgun was busy reloading, Caboose decided to walk towards the Red’s and asked if they would like the Blue’s special “Beans, soy sauce, shredded cheese, and cheerios on a bagel.”
