Hey guys!

I was thinkin and I was like to myself 'ya know there is not enough self-love!'.

SO!! I have a challenge for you guys.

List 1 thing you love about your face.

List 1 thing you love about your body.

List 1 thing you love about your personality.

Finally, List 2 things you love in your life or you are grateful to have.

You don't have to do this challenge but I tried it and it feels great!
