Hi! Wow, I'm sorry. I wasn't at school yesterday cuz i had a runny nose, and I was super tired (didn't wanna get anyone sick.) So, honestly, you can't really stop panic attack from happening, since they come out of nowhere, but you sure as heck can try to calm yourself down. Try focusing on all your senses. What do you feel, taste, hear, see, smell. Try to focus on that for a bit, and you might feel better. Umm let's see, focus on your breathing, think of smth that's funny to you. Or, you could go to the counselor if it gets really bad. Hope this helps!
